US History II – Third Semester Paper – 20% of quarter grade

There are several dictators who come to power around the world between 1920 and 1940.  What is the single most important reason dictators were able to come to power in most of Europe and why?  What were the other very important reasons attributed to this rise?

 Give a biography of each dictator.  There are at least five individuals you should include.  Who is the worst of these dictators and why?  There are at least three major dictator types you can address as the worst.

This should be constructed in a complete and analytically written term paper in MLA format.
